Good idea, a few hiccups

I decided to get a 3D Crystal Heart as a gift. The crystal itself was impressive, the engraving of the photo was really clear and the person I gave it to loved it. What could have been better was the time it took to arrive; it felt a little longer than expected, took 9 days to reach me in California. Also, the light base wasn't included, which I might have overlooked, but it would be nice if that was clearer or suggested more strongly during checkout. Overall, a unique and thoughtful gift, but prepare for slightly longer shipping.

Always reliable, great quality

This was my third time ordering from ArtPix 3D, and honestly, they're consistent. I got a Pet Memorial Crystal this time, and just like my previous orders (a Family Portrait Crystal and a Wedding Anniversary Crystal), the engraving was perfect. The detail is really good for how small some of the parts of the picture are. They always deliver what they promise, and the quality is why I keep coming back.

Absolutely stunning crystal

I ordered a 3D Crystal Diamond for my parents' anniversary, and it is absolutely stunning! The photo they engraved in it looks so lifelike, it's just beautiful. It came pretty fast too, considering it's a custom item. I'm so happy with how it turned out. This is such a special gift, I will totally buy from ArtPix 3D again!

Nice gift, got it fast

I ordered a 3D Crystal Rectangle for my sister's birthday last month. It came out really good! The photo looks super clear inside the crystal. Shipping was pretty quick too, got it in about a week. She loved it.

Detailed review of my order

I placed an order for a 3D Crystal Tower and a Rotating Light Base. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, uploading the photo was easy enough, and I liked the option to remove the background. I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Shipping took about 8 business days, which felt reasonable for a custom item. Once it arrived, the packaging was secure, and the crystal was well-protected. The engraving quality was excellent, especially the depth effect in the 3D rendering of the photo. The Rotating Light Base works perfectly with it, really enhances the crystal. I did have a quick question about photo resolution before ordering, and customer support replied within a few hours, which was helpful. No complaints about the final product or the service I got.
